Rasheen's still my Queen

I know this is long overdue, but the vacation ended and it seems the hectic schedule didn't go anywhere. That being said, I take the opportunity to congratulate Rasheen on her First Runner-up (second place) finish in the National Festival Queen competition. She was amazing, poised, intelligent, beautiful and a clear crowd favourite. However, she was bested by Ms. St. Ann, a worthy winner of the crown.

ANYHU this post is ALL about Kelly (Rasheen) and I'm sure I speak on behalf of all friends and family when I say: we love you and are extremely proud of you. You will always be our Festival Empress!!!
